What to consider before reaching out
A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.
For a hotel rooms partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

This was another excellent stay at a Hilton Garden Inn. Our destination was 90 minutes east of Lenox and booked the hotel while on the road. I will always choose this hotel brand. They have treated us well at every location and accommodated our requests. Clean, comfortable, easy to park and located near a brewery with great food as well, Antimony. If we stayed longer we would have definitely eaten at the hotel restaurant as it was Thai and it was crowded so I am going to assume the food is good as well. Thank you for another nice stay!

Hilton Garden Inn Pittsfield: Hospitality Apparently Takes Saturdays Off I've been a Hilton Honors member for decades, and this was one of the worst hotel dining experiences I've had. At 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 18, my wife and I went to JAE's, the Hilton Garden Inn's on-site restaurant, for breakfast. We waited more than five minutes before a hostess appeared, asked us to wait, set a table, and disappeared into the back. Five more minutes passed. Another employee looked up from the counter as we gestured for help and simply barked, **"I'm on break."** Meanwhile, two other couples arrived and were left standing with us, wondering if anyone was actually working. The hostess eventually...

I recently stayed at the Garden Inn and unfortunately, left my sleep apnea mouthguard in my room. We had already checked out and a far distance when I realized I left it in the room. I called the Front Desk and indeed, housekeeping had found it. (this was on a Saturday) I told them I really needed the device, and could they please send it (to Los Angeles where I live) asap. I got it on Tuesday! So big shout out to the housekeeping staff and front desk for bring so on top of it! Thank you!

I had an amazing stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the amenities were top-notch—definitely a place I’ll return to!

The Customer Service here was AWFUL. Immediately from check in the staff seemed miserable to see us and they were downright rude the remainder of the trip. The rooms weren’t cleaned during our stay, in the morning you were denied coffee until exactly 7am and if you asked for it a little earlier you were yelled at, multiple times staff ignored our presence to continue being on their phones, and to top it all off the hot tub was broken. Honestly, this hotel does the Hilton name a disservice and most importantly it’s a waste of money. We wont ever be staying at a Hilton again solely because of this place. Considering our family has been with their honors program for almost a decade we really me...
