Planning perspective

What to consider before reaching out

A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.

For a entertainment partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

Mike & High Tech Events was the total way to go for our wedding! He was SO professional leading up to our wedding, with a thorough set of questions for us to answer as well as several interesting options/packages. He rolled with our needs for our ceremony flawlessly, providing all the mics and lapel mics we needed. And the reception deserves a special shout-out because he had to deal with a surprise power outage that could've been a disaster. He was able to roll with it, working with the venue to get everything back up and running. It was a night to remember, with much thanks to High Tech's sound equipment and lighting!

Mike did an amazing job, keeping the party going all night! He was very responsive, professional, and friendly. Where our day of coordinator was lacking, he really stepped up and kept things together, we appreciated it so much! Can’t recommend enough

Michael and his crew were fantastic vendors at my wedding at Samoset Resort. The dance floor was packed all night, the up lighting completely changed the feel of a standard ball room to fit the theme of my decor, the photo booth was a hit and had a constant line, and Mike coordinated with my husband and I as well as with our wedding planner for the duration of the event to make sure everything stayed on schedule and the event was the best it could be. My dad even threw in a last minute toast (WITH MUSIC at a cued time nonetheless) and Mike was all over it and took care of everything with ease and a smile. I have recommended High Tech to everyone who gets engaged, including friends, family, a...

Mike was awesome! He was very respectful of what music we wanted and even played the playlist we gave. He didn’t play any of our “no no” music which we are so grateful for. Super friendly and awesome to work with. We even switched up all the details before our wedding party was announced and he executed it perfectly. Would highly recommend and you definitely get your moneys worth!!

Pick the city you and most of your guests will be driving from and we will estimate the trip.

An estimate for planning, not live traffic. Leafy weekends in October always take longer.
