Planning perspective

What to consider before reaching out

A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.

For a photo booth partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

We’ve used this photobooth company for our annual vendor expo two years in a row, and they never disappoint! The entire process is always seamless — they arrive promptly, set up at least 30 minutes before the event, and stay until the very last minute to make sure everyone gets a turn. Stanley is truly incredible — professional, friendly, and always goes above and beyond to make sure things run smoothly. Their booths are not only high-quality but also super innovative and interactive. Guests always have a blast with the fun props and creative features. We couldn’t recommend them enough — an absolute must-have for any event!

We had an incredible experience with Stanley from Hello Photo! From start to finish, he made the entire photo booth experience seamless, fun, and memorable for everyone involved. Stanley was professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive to every detail. The setup looked fantastic, the props were great, and the quality of the photos was outstanding. Our guests absolutely loved it and kept going back for more throughout the event. Stanley’s energy and enthusiasm really added to the atmosphere and made the experience even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a photo booth that will elevate your event and create lasting memories, I cannot recommend Stanley and Hello Photo enough. Truly a 5...

Stanley and his team were so wonderful to work with for my March 2026 wedding! They were efficient, and coordinated with the venue so I didn't have to worry about a thing. All of the photos came out fantastic, and it was so nice to have a copy of all the photos. My husband and I had so much fun going through them the next day!

Hello Photo Booth was a great choice for our niece's Quinceañera. Stanley was communicative, very helpful in designing our photo prints, and followed through on all expectations. My family and I strongly recommend them for future events!

Getting here

How far is this from home?

Pick the city you and most of your guests will be driving from and we will estimate the trip.

An estimate for planning, not live traffic. Leafy weekends in October always take longer.
