Planning perspective
What to consider before reaching out
A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.
For a venue partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

Harrington Farm was truly our dream venue, and they exceeded every expectation! From the start, their team was responsive, organized, and incredibly professional, making the entire planning process feel seamless. It was immediately clear that they are experienced professionals who know exactly how to execute a streamlined wedding day. We had the pleasure of working with Jess and Lindsey, who were both wonderful throughout the process. Lindsey, our day-of coordinator, was attentive, supportive, and full of thoughtful guidance that made us feel completely confident leading up to our wedding day. Becca, our attendant, was phenomenal. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and creat...

My husband and I got married at Harrington Farm a month ago and it was truly the most perfect day. From the moment we began working with the Harrington staff, their knowledge and expertise in creating the best wedding experience was evident. I credit so much of this beautiful day to our wedding coordinator Lauryn, who kept the planning process as smooth and stress free as possible. They have incredible vendor recommendations who have experience working at the venue, making the planning process even smoother. Not only does the venue provide several incredible spaces for photos, but also for different guest experiences. My husband and I had staff tending to us to make sure we were taken care o...

I had the most fantastic experience getting married at Harrington. My wedding was last night and the whole day went off without a hitch! They are incredibly accommodating- I had an entirely celiac safe gluten free wedding and they NAILED IT. The dance floor was filled all night long, the drinks were flowing and the food was amazing. Lindsey (day of coordinator) truly made this experience even more special. She was with me every step on this process and made it so freaking easy!! The attention to detail, the rockstar service and the gorgeous greenery really stood out. If you are thinking of getting married here - DO IT!!!!!

My husband & I got married at Harrington Farm back in May, and it was perfect! We fell in love with the beautiful, secluded setting. The ceremony spot is absolutely gorgeous, and inside the venue is lovely, as well. We were leery of the cocktail hour tent, but HF does a wonderful job making it so cute and charming! I can't say enough about Lauryn, our event specialist at HF. She was AMAZING! She was so sweet, so thorough, and so attentive. I just know that our wedding day would not have been as perfect as it was if not for her. She even got down on the ground and helped bustle my dress! She was so thorough throughout the planning process, the rehearsal, and the wedding day. We are so grate...

We always love to photograph a wedding at Harrington Farm! Not only is the venue absolutely beautiful but the staff are all so kind and helpful. The grounds are meticulously maintained and there are gorgeous plants in bloom all throughout the spring, summer, and fall. The fireplace is so cozy in the wintertime and such a great backdrop for a ceremony when there is less than ideal weather. You cannot run out of great places to photograph couples here! The field across the street looks amazing and is the best place to photograph a sunset or night photos! We highly recommend Harrington Farm as a wedding venue- it is gorgeous, there is great food/coffee, and such wonderful people!
