Planning perspective
What to consider before reaching out
A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.
For a hotel rooms partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

This hotel is an excellent choice for a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of the Berkshires. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring the nearby museums and scenic hiking trails. I found the complimentary breakfast to be a great way to start the morning, with a wide variety of fresh options served in a bright and welcoming dining area. The indoor pool and fitness center are fantastic amenities for unwinding or staying active during your visit, regardless of the weather outside. The staff is consistently professional and helpful, offering great local recommendations for dining and sightseeing in the charming town of Lenox. It...

What a wonderful surprise. After being turned away by the Marriott Element because we were traveling with a pet, we wound up staying at this hotel. They were warm, welcoming and the rooms were comfortable and clean. We are still thinking about how comfortable the beds were. This bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept on in many years. It will be our new stop with or without pets. I look forward to the next time we can stay there.

A very nice Hampton Inn located between Pittsfield, Lenox and Lee. Service was very helpful when we needed something printed. Plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Rooms are spacious, clean and airy. Hallways are wide and colored in light tones - doesn’t feel dark and depressing like many hotel hallways. Breakfast was the standard Hampton experience. Walk away from the entrance driveway to the rear of the hotel and towards the rail fence to get a nice sunset view. Would stay here again!

I have been staying at this hotel just about every time I come to western ma for over 5 years now. I always stay in the whirlpool suite which had a Jacuzzi tub in the actual room so you could watch tv while enjoying it. Last time staying here they were doing renovations which I was exited about. When looking to book this summer I was disappointed to find they got rid of the whirlpool suites and don't have anything comparable to it anymore. Although I loved the pool, free breakfast and friendly staff, the room was really the best part. Unfortunately I'm not sure if I will be back which is sad because I have many great memories here from winter to fall and the seasons in between. Company does...

I booked this hotel for a work conference. The nightly rate was reasonable, the location was good for us (close proximity to the conference venue), and the included amenities (free parking, daily breakfast, a pool and gym) were good for the price. What they didn’t tell me prior to booking was that part of the hotel was under construction. Construction vehicles, materials and debris all over the parking lot, mats taped to the hotel floors, a mess! Half of my floor was cordoned-off with a tarp, and I was greeted daily with workers hauling carpets and carts through the halls and music blaring through the hallway tarp. The ice machine/vending room on my floor was also under construction and full...
