Great location, but keep the active construction in mind As others have noted, this hotel is in an excellent location for exploring the area. However, during our stay, there was active construction right past the parking lot for a new residential or hotel complex. This looks like it will continue for at least several weeks, so I highly recommend bringing earplugs or a white noise machine if you are sensitive to noise. Regarding the room, the beds were a bit too soft for my taste, and the pillows lacked support. On the positive side, the pool and hot tub were decent. The staff members were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. While housekeeping is officially scheduled for every other day...

Super friendly staff. Very clean rooms. Pool was a little cloudy. Breakfast was very good for free hotel breakfast! Location was good, about 10 minutes from Market Square and kittery outlets. Would stay here again.

Perfect stay here. Upon arrival we had the best conversation and welcome from Carla, she was the sweetest and knowledgeable about the area. The room was perfect, breakfast was yummy, and the amenities were great!

There are plenty of medical resources, restaurants and retail businesses conveniently surrounding this location. We stayed here to be close to the surgical center and the eyecare office. The staff are wonderfully patient and helpful as well. Peter, at the front desk, even helped me open my salsa and queso jars. We enjoyed having access to the breakfast buffet, pool and hot tub, but passed on the 24 hour fitness room. We've even made reservations to stay here again for the 2nd surgery.

Normal Hampton inn with normal Hampton and things. Not the best, not the worst. AC was nice and cold, especially during this heatwave. Location isn't bad as it's by everything but you have no ocean views or anything like that.
