I ordered flowers and unfortunately there was a mix-up with the delivery. Mistakes can happen, but the way Susan handled it so quickly showed true care and professionalism. She went above and beyond and not only delivered a beautiful arrangement, but also did it at no charge. My sister loved them! I would definitely recommend this shop for their beautiful flowers (they grow their own) and outstanding customer service.

Susan was simply fantastic. She made our wedding stunning, was so easy to communicate with, spent a lot of extra time working with my father planning out wedding flowers, and created such a gorgeous setting to get married in. I couldn't recommend enough!

Golden Brook Farm provided the most gorgeous flowers for our wedding ceremony and reception over Memorial Day weekend in Spruce Head. We cannot say enough good things about Susan and Golden Brook Farm! Susan is a great communicator, flexible, and simply wonderful to work with. We enjoyed the process of selecting arrangements and loved knowing our flowers were grown locally. Susan really thinks of everything—she has a collection of vases and other containers she allowed us to use and she delivered and cleaned up for a nominal fee.
