Planning perspective

What to consider before reaching out

A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.

For a hotel rooms partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

I stayed here as a Titanium member in April 2026, in a Junior Suite with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed (around 36sqm). This property was previously a Country Inn & Suites by Radisson and was recently renovated and rebranded as a Four Points by Sheraton, which explains how fresh everything feels. - The hotel feels clean and new, and the in-room equipment is more advanced than I expected for this tier. The USB ports include Type-C, which is rare at Marriott properties at this level and genuinely useful when you don't want to dig out an adapter. - The room itself was clean, spacious enough, and had everything I needed. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly and warm. - The hotel has a...

This is my go to hotel when in the area, I have stayed here a lot. Rooms are clean, staff are always friendly, couldn’t be happier with the stays I’ve had. Only two complaints I can think of: First, A lot of hotels have gone backwards and this hotel is included. They renovate, slap a bar in the lobby and start selling food. This includes breakfast, $16 dollars for your what was once “free continental breakfast” absolutely ridiculous up charge. Secondly, this ones minor and a lot of people probably don’t care but I wish the rooms had more lighting. I don’t like sitting in a dark room for hours on my days off from work. Some more lighting would be appreciated.

What a great hotel, and such a nice peaceful location as well... Rooms were perfect for a family we went with a junior suite and for the price which I found reasonable was a good size and a separate room with a door for the parents... Only complaint was lack of sheets and bedding in the room for the pullout kinda odd to make us go down at 11pm and ask for sheets and the pullout when we opened it was very covered in crumbs and chocolate and we found more candy and crumbs on the floor but like my daughter says I should of been a Karen to me it wasn't a huge deal but definitely not ideal when paying decent money for a room but overall we loved our way and will be back for sure... I liked the id...

Newly renovated with features like a muted color palette, platform bed, backlit mirror in bathroom, and Guild Pepper branded toiletries. Very nice bar/cafe with good food. Very very friendly staff. Prices on hotel website very decent. P.S. The elevators are not secure, i.e., elevators lack card readers, allowing unauthorized access to guest room floors.

We stayed at the Four Points in Bedford, NH for three weeks during our move out of NH and it truly felt like a home away from home for both me and my daughter, Amelia. Long-term stays can be hit or miss, but this one exceeded our expectations in every way. Ashley at the morning breakfast was AMAZING! always welcoming, kind, and consistently helpful. She made us feel known and cared for from day one, which makes such a difference when you’re away from home for an extended period with a small child still attending school each day! Melissa in housekeeping was also top-notch. Our room was always impeccably clean, and her attention to detail and friendliness never went unnoticed. And she was just...
