Planning perspective
What to consider before reaching out
A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.
For a venue partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

I stayed at this venue as a guest and had a wonderful experience. Jena and Tom were incredibly gracious hosts and were always available if we needed anything. We had about 15 people staying in the house, and everyone had plenty of space. We arrived on Friday to set up, attended my friend’s wedding on Saturday, and checked out Sunday afternoon. The farm offers several unique spaces that we were able to utilize throughout the weekend. The white tent comfortably accommodated 80+ guests, along with a live band and vendors. It poured rain on the wedding day, but everything held up remarkably well and the event went off without any major issues. After the wedding, we hosted an after-party in th...

This space is absolutely amazing! The owners are fabulous! Welcoming your entire party the minute you arrive. Their property is insanely beautiful and accommodating. It’s got that charming Vermont vibe that you want with greenery and a beautiful pond that you can row in. Fabulous time and plenty of room for dancing during our Cousins wedding. All around a perfect time! ❤️❤️❤️

We had our wedding here and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The gardens and woods are gorgeous and peaceful, Jena and Tom were so helpful and kind, we got to have the exact wedding we wanted. Plus our families stayed in the house together and everyone had a great time.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Vermont wedding venue! The property is stunning, with breathtaking scenery everywhere you look. The beautiful reception tent was perfect for our celebration, and the spacious house on the property was an incredible bonus, giving our family and guests a comfortable place to stay together. The price renting the venue includes a huge tent, chairs, tables, portable potty’s along with a great place to do everything in one spot, the rehearsal dinner, the ceremony, and the reception. Jenna and Tom are wonderful to deal with. I highly recommend checking this place out. We were very satisfied.

We got married here and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Tom & Jena were very communicative, helpful, and truly invested in making our day great. The house was clean and spacious which allowed us to have friends and family from all over the country. The ceremony site was gorgeous and the reception site was great for our guests. There are picture opportunities all across the grounds. The bridal suite was close enough to everyone for easy back and forths but far enough away to get privacy. We received compliments all night from our guests about how amazing the venue is. We absolutely recommend choosing FYH for your special day
