Planning perspective
What to consider before reaching out
A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.
For a florals partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

We used Floral Esthetics for our wedding and we are so glad that we did!! Our planner connected us with Diana, who was so sweet and super easy to work with. Leading up to the wedding I started following her on social media and literally every event that she did looked beautiful. I knew anything she did for us was going to turn out magical. When it came time to meet and discuss specifics I gave her very little direction besides a few flowers I would like to see in the arrangements. The day of the wedding our vision was delivered!! They set everything up and it looked exactly how I had hoped it would. When ever I look at our pictures I am so grateful that we chose Floral Esthetics. I think the...

We were lucky enough to have Floral Esthetics create the bouquets and boutonnieres for our Nantucket wedding! Diana was incredibly kind and accommodating. She made it so easy for us to transfer our florals from her shop on the Cape to Nantucket. She created the exact bouquets I was dreaming of. I couldn't recommend enough!

I can't say enough good things about Diana from Floral Esthetics! She is a true artist, her vision and great eye on detail is unmatched. Diana is very friendly, warm, patient and professional. She went above and beyond and was responsive to my requests along the way. I immediately fell in love with all flower arrangements Diana and her team made for me. I cannot wait to have another event so I can utilize their services! You can tell that they are passionate about their work and big on customer service, simply by the quality of work they produce. Reasonably priced, easy to work with and absolutely stunning end products. Highly, highly recommend!!

Diana made me the perfect bridal bouquet for my wedding in Wellfleet! She was so easy to work with, and the bouquet she created far exceeded the inspiration photos I had sent her. She even accommodated my last minute request to make a corsage for my mom, which turned out beautiful as well. I could not recommend Floral Esthetics enough!

I have nothing but great things to say about Diana and her team. She recently did the florals for my Wychmere wedding and I couldn’t have been happier. I went with a non-traditional style, and Diana perfectly executed it. She was very easy to work with and answered my many emails and questions. She brought my vision to life and was a huge part of my special day.
