Planning perspective

What to consider before reaching out

A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.

For a photo & video partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

We could not be happier with the results of my daughter’s senior photo shoot! Denise knows all the best spots and she uses the scenery beautifully. She is also super nice and easy to work with. I would recommend Fleeting Moments to anyone. Thank you so much for creating lasting memories for my family!

Called Denise for engagement pictures for my daughter on the beach in Dennisport , It was a surprise and Denise pulled it off perfectly. She is very personable and a delight to be around! 10/10 we loved all the photos and it was hard to choose!

Denise was great! We was flexible to change the date due to bad weather. She managed our group of 16 with 8 young children very well. She was very good at engaging the youngest children. The photos were great!

We had such a wonderful experience working with Fleeting Moments for our family photos while vacationing on Cape Cod! Denise made the whole experience easy and enjoyable, even with a toddler who refused to smile! We’ll treasure these memories for years to come. Highly recommend!

I reached out and requested photos of myself, my grandmother and our two dogs. She was so warm and friendly, and made sure to choose a location good for my grandmother who can’t walk far and our puppers. The photos came out stunningly, which for the variety of the subjects was a surprise that we all looked great ahahahah. So warm, friendly, and helpful and was kind enough to be accommodating of any changes we had or difficulties. I cannot recommend enough!

Getting here

How far is this from home?

Pick the city you and most of your guests will be driving from and we will estimate the trip.

An estimate for planning, not live traffic. Leafy weekends in October always take longer.

The Captain's House Inn, Chatham

Quiet and pretty for close family.

Beachfront and friendly on the budget.

Three stops worth the detour

Somewhere pretty for photographs, and somewhere warm for a good cup of coffee.

Nauset Light, Eastham

The red and white light everyone photographs.

Chatham Fish Pier

Boats, seals, and golden light late in the day.
