We saw the Maine Barns on Instagram and decided to tour both of their venues. Thank goodness we did, because what a gem of a venue and community we found. There are so many great things I can say about Flanagan Farm. The business is well-run, and while expectations for both sides are clear, Essie and Mike, the owners, are so willing to work with you and be flexible when they can. The indoor and outdoor spaces are beautiful. Every part of the property is thoughtfully designed and set up for a wedding. We couldn’t have chosen a better venue for our wedding. The property has everything you need and more to host an incredible event. Our guests raved about the ceremony site, orchard (where we had our Friday dinner), main barn, and full lawn for games and cocktail hour. Thank you Mike and Essie!

I am the owner and operator of Hager Photography and I just shot a LOVELY winter wedding at The Barn at Flanagan Farm in early December and it was magical. The venue had such a wonderful balance of rustic and modern at the same time. The couple got ready inside the clean, welcoming, NICELY LIT main house and then had a fun ceremony and reception in the barn with a tasteful, rustic charm. All staff and facilities were great. The wedding was snowy and wintery but I was able to do an engagement session with the couple in the summertime so I got to see how great the property looked in the warmer months as well. We are so thrilled that we booked Flanagan Farm for our wedding!! Everything was absolutely beautiful and having the property from Thursday - Sunday was such a gift. We were able to relax and enjoy our wedding weekend and soak up every moment. The farmhouse was the perfect space to stay, get ready, and have a quiet moment to ourselves. We opted for a tented cocktail hour, dinner in the barn, and an after party in the cocktail barn. Everything was absolutely perfect. We highly recommend Flanagan Farm and can't wait to come back every winter for the supper series!

This venue doesn't miss! Its beautiful ceremony location has a built-in sound system that is so discreet you'll think the trees are singing to you. The tented space gives a nice airy atmosphere for dinners and the barn is best suited when reserved for dancing once all of the wedding formalities have concluded. As an entertainment vendor, we love it here and working with Essie and Mike (venue owners) is a dream. They greet everyone who comes on property with smiles so warm you never want to leave.
