What to consider before reaching out
A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.
For a photo & video partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

We are SO happy we got to work with Katya and Jenny for our wedding. They are incredibly easy to work with, knowledgable, and communicative. We were amazed with how quickly they turned around out teaser (6 days after the wedding!) and when we received the full film a few months later we were blown away. Getting to relive the day together and with family is beyond special, and Katya and Jenny somehow managed to bottle the magic of the day up and infuse it into our film. I know a lot of people are on the fence about whether or not to invest in video for their wedding, but if you have the means it is worth every penny. The day goes so fast and the nerves take their toll, and getting to hear th...

We could not be happier with our decision to have Festivity Films capture our day. Katya and Jenny were great to work with from our first call with them. They did a beautiful job of capturing the day as it was, we truly could feel the emotion in both our Teaser and full day feature film. We’re so grateful that they captured these memories for us and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a fantastic videographer to capture their wedding day!

Festivity Films was great for our wedding. They worked with my budget and came armed to the teeth with all the equipment they needed. They worked to manage us (politely) and keep us on track to get the best shots, which was a huge value-add on such a crazy day. They sent us the footage within days (we just wanted the raw footage). All in all, a great team. Thanks Katya and Jenny! Side note: Hiring Katya for our big day was the best decision we made. The day flew by, and being able to watch it all later was beyond meaningful. If you're getting married, don't skimp on the videographer. We were on the fence, but we now know that it's easily the best investment in the day you can make!!

Katya and her team did a wonderful job with our wedding video. They were easy to work with and quick to communicate. They answered all our questions, and sent us back our teaser video and full video very quickly. We're so glad we decided to get a video of our wedding. The edits are so wonderful. Thank you for taking the time to capture our wedding and make us such a beautiful video!

We were initially reluctant to hire videographers and questioned whether it was necessary. I am SO glad we did, and that we worked with Katya and Jenny. We were worried about ending up with a corny wedding video, but they listened to us about the aesthetic we wanted, and they absolutely nailed it! The social media teaser, the short film, and the full length film were all gorgeous. The prices were very reasonable for the quality we got, and they were were lovely to work with. We definitely recommend them!
