What to consider before reaching out
A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.
For a venue partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

My husband and I got married at Fern Hill a couple weeks ago and it’s hard to put into words what an incredible, unforgettable day it was! We cannot recommend Fern Hill Barn enough! The venue is absolutely beautiful, but what truly sets it apart is the incredible team. From day one, the planning team was organized, responsive, thoughtful, and made us feel so special throughout the entire planning process. Their all-inclusive package and amazing preferred vendors made planning so much less stressful. Every vendor was fantastic, and having such an experienced team allowed us to focus on enjoying our engagement instead of worrying about every little detail. On our wedding day, it started rainin...

My husband and I could not be happier with our experience at Fern Hill Barn. From the very beginning of the planning process through the very end of our wedding night, we felt so incredibly taken care of. The entire team went above and beyond to make our wedding day everything we had hoped it would be. They were responsive, helpful, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure everything came together seamlessly. On the day of the wedding, we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves knowing we were in such good hands. A special thank you to Colton and Sedona, who were absolutely wonderful throughout the entire day. Colton went above and beyond to bring our vision to life, taking care of al...

Photographing a wedding at Fern Hill Barn by Wedgewood Weddings was a truly lovely experience. The venue offers a gorgeous balance of pastoral charm and refined details, from the barn and tented reception spaces to the scenic gardens and countryside views that make portraits feel effortless and timeless. The natural light and the variety of textured backdrops (ponds, pergolas, rolling hills, and classic barn features) give so many great opportunities for lots of meaningful, visually rich photos without feeling forced. What stood out most to me was how peaceful and scenic the surroundings are. The grounds feel intentional without being overdone, and there are so many little vignettes that ph...

Can’t express just how AMAZING our wedding day at Fern Hill Barn was! From the planning process.. meetings.. planning binder… tasting event… guidance from our coordinator Shannon to the fantastic service from the team: Claudia, Paige, Danielle, Lisa L, Lisa B, Maddie, Aubrey, Lily, Rafael, Lyric, Ayla, Mary & Ellen. This team kicked some wedding booty! The entire night went SO smoothly. If there was a hiccup.. we didn’t know! Which was just… perfect. Can’t say thank you enough!! Shannon was the best coordinator possible. Exceeded our expectations!!

Haley was the most competent and kind planner we could've asked for. She was there every step of the way and everything went absolutely perfect on our big day. I'm still hearing from guests on how amazing she was. She was able to wrangle several rowdy groomsmen to the point where they started saluting her!! My husband and I had the perfect day because of her. Jordan was also amazing and helped us when my made of honour was having problems with her dress. Thank you, Fern Hill, for giving us the wedding of our dreams❤️
