Planning perspective

What to consider before reaching out

A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.

For a photo booth partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

Equinox Photo Booth was a great addition to our wedding! From the start, Megan was super responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. Our guests had a great time using the photobooth. A really nice touch is that Megan creates both a physical and digital copy of the photos for the couple. My husband and I had the best time looking through all the photos the next morning and are excited to have all of these memories to look back on. We would definitely use Equinox Photo Booth again!

We had such a great experience with Equinox Photo Booth for my clients wedding! From the start, they were incredibly easy to communicate with — always quick to respond to any questions and very accommodating with our requests. On the day of the event, setup and breakdown were completely seamless. They arrived on time, handled everything efficiently, and required zero direction from us, which was a huge relief on such a busy day. The photo booth itself was a hit with our guests! The quality of the photos was excellent, the props were fun, and the entire experience added such a great energy to the reception. My clients also loved having digital copies of all the photos to look back on. Highl...

We had Equinox Photo Booth at our wedding and it was one of the highlights for our guests! We were so surprised, but it truly appealed to all ages in attendance. Megan was great to work with throughout the entire process: she was responsive during our initial discussions, worked well with our coordinator to get set up, and interacted perfectly with all of our guests as they enjoyed the photo booth. Megan runs a great service and she thinks with her clients in mind. Unprompted, throughout the night, she set aside a copy of each photo our guests took for us to have. We were surprised and touched by this and enjoyed looking at them all following the wedding. I would definitely recommend Equino...

We hired Equinox photo booth for our Vermont wedding and were very happy with the outcome. Megan was very easy to work with, and did a nice job helping us design the logo for our pictures. She provided us with hard copies of every photo strip of 3 pictures, a link to each photo strip online, and a zip file containing all of the individual pictures. The booth was a fun feature, people really enjoyed it, and we enjoyed going through the pictures after the wedding and seeing what people had been up to. Megan was a helpful and unobtrusive presence in supporting use of the booth. It was a pleasure to work with her and we highly recommend Equinox.

Our guests absolutely LOVED the photo booth - so much so that she said we had the most photos taken of any event she's done! That's how you know your guests had a great time! Equinox Photo Booth was an amazing addition to our day, and we can't recommend them enough!!
