What to consider before reaching out
A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.
For a venue partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

Had a great stay. Here are the pros and cons. Pros: Free pet stay, with pet-friendly rooms on the lower level that have direct backyard access. Friendly staff, great location, peaceful with beautiful views, and close to the White Mountains while avoiding the crowds and high hotel prices in Conway. Good breakfast, reasonable rates, and the hotel is old but clean. Cons: The hotel is older and has a dated style. If you're looking for a modern hotel, this may not be the best fit.

Anyone feeling nostalgic about the past might like the old inn. Nostalgia fades soon after checking in. The elevator is old world with double doors that you open manually (good luck if your hands are full) as the first door is on a spring and closes as you are entering. They have a pool but June 10th it is still closed, even thought it is 90 degrees. My 10 year old grandson was disappointed. They have a game room, but as I mentioned it is 90 degrees outside and the thermostat shows 85 degrees in the game room, it's humid and no AC. The rooms base board radiator, in the middle where two pieces of the cover meet , there was no cover and and it was just hanging. Very easy for a child to cut the...

People were inviting and nice. The main floor is beautiful but anything above that hasn’t been touched for a while.if you’re handicapped this place probably wouldn’t be for you as the only elevator which is neat is one with a gate and if that gate isn’t shut while you exit upstairs the elevator will sit on that floor until gate is shut. Our room we stayed in was very very outdated with paint chipping everywhere, old furniture , a damaged Tv with a blue dot when on, a mattress that is stiff as a board and pillows. The main door to room has 3 locks on them the deadbolt doesn’t work when you exit room nor can you use a key to lock so anyone can break into the room as it’s very flimsy and you can ...

If I could give this location 6 stars I would. The location is superb with a sprawling view of mountains and woodlands, to the stunning hotel itself with beautiful rooms. The service we got here though is what made the stay so great. The staff were warm friendly and accommodating to us and our dog and made every effort possible for us to have our dog with us when we ate. From the minute we walked in u til the moment we walked out we felt welcome and taken care of. We will be back! Oh and did I mention the epic waterfall that’s a 2 minute drive from the house!

The establishment, though older, has been updated. It offers a quiet atmosphere, and the staff members were truly exceptional, being both friendly and helpful. While the elevator was a little intimidating, it was certainly functional. The on-site restaurant and bar were pleasant, and the food was well-prepared. Our room provided breathtaking views of the mountains and was very comfortable. We certainly felt a warm welcome throughout our stay. There is also a game room available for guests, which we observed but did not utilize.
