Liz was awesome to work with. We were blown away by the tasty food and drink at the trial, and equally impressed on our wedding day! When we lacked vision, she had great suggestions for in season foods and crowd pleasers, and when we did feel strongly about certain choices she would make adjustments without hesitation. We cannot say enough amazing things about E. Wales Catering! They catered our wedding at French’s Point in October, and from start to finish, they completely exceeded every expectation. They hosted our family-style rehearsal dinner, and we are still dreaming about the squash pasta, it was that good. The cocktail hour on Saturday was absolutely next-level. The raw bar was a huge hit, and guests are still talking about the New England-inspired apps, especially the lobster rolls.
