Planning perspective
What to consider before reaching out
A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.
For a hotel rooms partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

The hotel was great and very accommodating. We stayed for our anniversary trip and they gave us a room on the top floor with an amazing view. The staff were kind and helpful. There is not a lot near the hotel but they do have a free shuttle plus uber and MBTA are easy to access. Would definitely book another stay here.

Rooms are clean and spacious. The AC in the room was very loud. The location of the hotel is not close to the subway but there is a bus stop right outside the hotel that takes you to the Harvard subway stop. Parking was something like $50 a day. There is a free shuttle to various spots that runs on a oddly timed schedule with long 2-3 hour gaps between pickups. The weekend schedule is limited. With all of those facts stacked on top of one another, stay here at your own risk if you don't have a car. Didn't dine at any of the restaurants as it was expensive. Breakfast buffet was $33 a person. Staff was nice and helpful. Bed was comfortable.

Stayed for a night and loved the location. The staff were so friendly and helpful with all questions and few requests we had. The little shop next to desk had great sandwiches and food anytime of the day/night. We had a suite and Loved the separate living room and bedroom. Bed was so comfortable. Loved the view of the Charles river. Was able to cross the street and walk along the river. 10 minutes from TD garden and a quick walk across the bridge to Cambridge. Perfect location if you want to explore the area without being right in the middle of all that traffic 🤣 We look forward to our next visit.

Great rooms, but nothing to ruin it faster for me than being a money grab. For the first time in my life I’ve seen a hotel that charges its guests for parking….. and not a small amount like five or ten bucks but 47 dollars A NIGHT! Requested a late check out and was told I needed to pay 25 dollars for a 1 pm checkout instead of the usual 12pm. It’s laughable how greedy this facility is.

Beautiful modern hotel in a good location. Very close to Harvard but a little more ways if you're trying to visit downtown Boston. They do have an extensive shuttle service that has three different pick up/drop off locations which is really convenient. Front desk staff was friendly and very informative. They also had an HGV representative Sasha, who was really hospitable and kind. She gave us some good recommendations of where to go-and offered us some free points though we didn't end up buying a package from her. Overall, great experience!
