Planning perspective
What to consider before reaching out
A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.
For a hotel rooms partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

I visited this hotel back when it was a Hampton Inn, several times. This location is good but not great, however for the price, you can warrant being not right downtown. The hotel offers a free shuttle downtown every 30 minutes. The renovations here were extensive, it looks like a new hotel on the inside. The rooms are totally quiet and we had a great mountain view on the third floor. The beds were incredible, but even better was their perfect bedding. The duvet was so cozy and the feather pillows were dense. The tv offered apps to login to but we found something we liked on the channels. I love this brand both due to my Hilton Honour but also because I find bedding and breakfast to be great...

I'd stay here again........... shuttle from the airport was good and 24/7. Its a pretty short Uber ride to the waterfront, a beach or good restaurants. There are definitely other options walk-able to alot more than this hotel as its off a highway but its still very close to lots of things. Ski resorts are like 45 minutes away Its honestly a pretty large hotel so you might want to keep that in mind if you have anyone old/mobility issues. Some rooms are quite a far walk. It's a pretty nice hotel, but there is a side facing the highway and you will hear trucks all night so book the other side if you are sensitive to noise.

Nice, clean hotel really good breakfast rooms are spacious and comfortable. Pool is clean and easily accessible. A lot of recent reconstruction as well. Overall very happy with my stay. And also always appreciate the cookie pushing when you check in.😅🍪

Friendly and helpful front desk. Spacious and clean rooms. Big heated pool was warm enough for kids (could’ve been warmer for adults just standing in it). Gym on smaller side and not 24 hours. Restaurant in lobby convenient and food was fine. Easy to drive to Burlington and UVM. Stowe about 45-60 mins drive. Outdoor strip mall across street/highway. Ample free parking. Delicious warm cookies.

We stayed at this property a week ago. The property and rooms are nice and updated. However the management at this hotel is definitely lacking. The manager was not around multiple times and the staff are nice but completely unable to help. They kept saying that the manager is out and they can’t help. I left our information with them to follow up with us and no one bothered.
