So happy we had DJ Shamar for our High School dance! The kids loved the music choices and they never left the dance floor! Definitely a DJ worth hiring because he knows his clintele! The students were very sad when the lights went on to end the dance. They wanted it to go on. All the students I talked to had an awesome night!

DJ Shamar was amazing at my son's Bar Mitzvah. He got all the kids to dance for hours! He showed up several hours early to set up the equipment (we got uplighting and photo booth which were awesome). I highly recommend this DJ and am grateful to him to giving us a wonderful evening that we will remember for years to come!

DJ Shamar did a fantastic job at our wedding. Before the wedding, he took time to understand what we wanted and ensure that he had all the right songs for the various events. He was very responsive to emails as well. At the wedding, he did a great job keeping the day flowing along with our day of coordinator, and he did an amazing job adjusting the music choices to the crowd. I would highly recommend him for any music needs!

Let me preface this review by saying I had a very particular taste in music and needed to find a DJ that could perform to my expectations. DJ Shamar went well above and beyond. I found DJ Shamar after doing extensive research on Google for our wedding DJ. Being the diligent researcher that I am for anything I buy, I read many of his reviews and decided to contact him for inquiry. From our initial communication DJ Shamar was absolutely excellent. We spoke on the phone. He was extremely professional with a calming demeanor that made you think “yep, this guy knows what he is doing” It was apparent that his 170+ 5 star reviews preceded him. We could not have picked a better DJ for our wedding. DJ Shamar seemlessly blended our requested songs with his own selections throughout cocktail hour, dinner service, and on the dance floor, and kept the party going all night. So many of our guests have commented on how much they enjoyed the music and dancing. Not only is DJ Shamar great at what he does for work, he is also an extremely kind person and was a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process. We cannot recommend him enough!
