Planning perspective
What to consider before reaching out
A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.
For a venue partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

We could not have asked for a more perfect wedding day at Dell-Lea Weddings & Events. From the very beginning, Toutou and David were absolutely incredible. Their professionalism, attention to detail, kindness, and genuine care made the entire planning process such a wonderful experience. On our wedding day, everything went seamlessly. They made sure every detail was handled, allowing us to relax and truly enjoy every moment with our family and friends. The venue was beautiful, and the team worked behind the scenes to make the day feel effortless. We received so many compliments from our guests about the excellent food, and the bar and wait staff were outstanding. Everyone was attentive, fr...

Dell-Lea is an amazing venue that checks off all the boxes. From the extremely lovely and friendly staff, the venue itself, the food, the amazing outdoor scenery and views. It was an immediate yes for us. We couldn’t have picked a better place for our wedding. Dell-Lea was the first venue we looked at and we knew right away that this was the venue for us and immediately decided yes on it. I can’t say enough great things about this venue and their staff. From day one they were nothing but helpful, so organized and appeasing to all of our needs. I received many compliments from my wedding guests on how much they loved the venue and the food. I really could not recommend Dell-Lea enough. They m...

I can’t say enough good things about my wedding day! Lori and her assistant Haley were absolutely a pleasure to work with. Tutu and David were also incredible and allowed me to ride my horse into the ceremony and also have our dog and cat involved in the wedding. The logistics of me riding in and having all my wedding party go in a different route definitely stressed me out, leading up to the day. But Lori and Haley remained calm and helped me every step of the way. Making sure everyone knew where they needed to go and when. Lori went out of her way to help with even the smallest of details. I had a ring on for the ceremony that I wanted to takeoff before I started dancing, and she put it in...

Dell-Lea was the truly perfect wedding venue, and I cannot recommend it enough. While touring venues, we looked at many that were "good except" -- they were pretty indoors but the outside was ugly, or the reception space was dark or sterile, or road noise from a nearby highway was all you heard. We decided to look at one final venue and made our way to Dell-Lea and are so, so happy we did. From the moment we stepped onto the property we just knew this was it. The venue is serene, BEAUTIFUL, spacious, and warmly lit by natural light. The owner David personally gave us the tour and the entire rundown, vividly painting the image of our potential ceremony and favorite photo spots around the pro...

All of our guests were in awe of how organized the day was, how incredible the food was and how beautiful the venue was!
