Planning perspective
What to consider before reaching out
A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.
For a venue partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

We loved this venue for our daughter's wedding, and Kenny and Charon are so great to work with. They hustled all night to make the reception perfect for nearly 200 guests! They were flexible with everything we asked them to do to make the venue more personalized. We moved around furniture, hung stuff from the walls and ceiling, and asked them to bring specific beer and wine in for our reception. Their bartenders were great! We lucked out with a beautiful day, so the outdoor scenery and fall foliage just added to the beauty of the venue. We liked that Churchill included many of the amenities you would normally need to bring in for a wedding... tables, chairs, bartenders, DJ, and they had the ...

We got married at Churchill Barn the last weekend of October and it was an absolute DREAM. The barn itself is gorgeous, and the patio was the perfect escape for guests who preferred sitting by the fire under the stars instead of dancing. All of the nearby vendors we worked with were so kind and helpful. The charm of the venue really comes from Kenny and Charon, though, who went above and beyond to make sure the whole day ran perfectly, brought the best energy, and made us feel so at home. I wish we could get married here a million times over- not a single complaint!

The Churchill family took such great care of me and mine during our entire wedding planning process all the way through to the day after! I could not imagine getting married at any other venue as the day was an absolute dream. The team was caring, helpful, and willing to do whatever needed to create a flawless day. Can’t say enough great things about them and we’ve received so many compliments from our guests!!!

Ally, Charon & Kenny were amazing and we are so glad we had our wedding reception at Churchill Barn. Aside from the barn being gorgeous, Charon, Kenny and their staff worked so incredibly hard to make sure that everything went perfect on our big day. Our guests are still talking about how much they loved the venue and how friendly and nice everyone was, especially the bar staff. We are so grateful for the Churchill family!

Pick the city you and most of your guests will be driving from and we will estimate the trip.
An estimate for planning, not live traffic. Leafy weekends in October always take longer.
