We had the pleasure of having Charlton Becker Catering for my wedding brunch and it was absolutely amazing! The attention to detail and time he took to make sure everything was just as I pictured made the morning so easy and I knew I did not have to worry about a thing! He made sure the allergies of my group was taken into consideration as well as my own dietary restrictions. He can fully customize your meal and gives excellent recommendations to enhance the event. If I could give him 10 stars I would, do yourself a favor and book him for your next event, you will not be disappointed!

This was my first time ordering from Charlton Becker Catering. We had some high profile guests at our event and we were aiming to impress. Charlton Becker Catering DELIVERED! The food was not only GORGEOUS but every bite was more delicious than the last. We will definitely be hiring them again. some of their apps were served on delicious edible spoons making it easy to eat while walking around networking. They they offered heating lamps which kept the food warm for the entire night. I HIGHLY recommend giving them a try.

I've worked with Charlton on two corporate events. He is readily available, accommodating and willing to make any change that will ensure everyone is satisfied. The food is fantastic with a creative flair (including options to meet any dietary restriction) and the presentation is gorgeous. Our guest were very pleased with everything! I highly recommend Charlton for your catering needs and will continue to work with him in the future.

Charlton was the best! Food was amazing, and the display and service matched. He made a Paella for 20 people live at the party. We are a tough food crowd of all Europeans and everyone commented about how good everything was. I wouldn’t think of going to anyone else!
