Planning perspective

What to consider before reaching out

A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.

For a florals partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

Why this business stood out

Chapell’s Florist has been part of my love story for over four years. Since the beginning of our relationship, my husband has brought me monthly bouquets from Chapell’s, and every single one has been stunning—fresh, thoughtfully arranged, and absolutely beautiful. When we got married this past June, choosing Chapell’s for our wedding flowers was a no-brainer. They brought our vision to life with creativity and care, and every detail—from the bouquets to the ceremony and reception florals—was simply perfect. The team is kind, professional, and incredibly talented. Chapell’s has been a quiet but meaningful part of our journey, and I’m so grateful for everything they’ve done to make our momen...

We are located out of state, saw the great Google reviews, contacted Chappell's and ordered flowers due to a death in the family in VT. We were not disappointed! They delivered as promised that day, and the flowers look awesome per the photo my family sent to say thank you. Thanks so much!

Although they didn't have the flowers I ordered in stock, they did create a substitute arrangement that was equally as beautiful at no additional cost. Communication after purchase was great and they even let you know when the flowers have been delivered.

UPDATED: Initially, I wrongly posted the information below, my apologies. The photo sent to me from the sender did not show the “smiley mug”, which WAS included and I wrongly assumed it was not at the base of the flowers. Again, may apologies. The arrangement arrived timely. However, I didn’t feel the flowers looked as fresh as one would expect for a new delivery. INITIAL REVIEW: Disappointed, I specifically chose the “smiley mug” flower arrangement. While I understood that flowers can be substituted, I would expect that I would be notified if the mug was unavailable. In addition, the roses looked wilted, the ends were torn. Not what I expected for a gift meant to brighten someone’s day.
