Planning perspective
What to consider before reaching out
A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.
For a florals partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

We could not have been happier with our experience working with Chapman's for my wedding on 8/9/25 at the Cruiseport. From the very first consultation, Brianna truly listened to our vision and brought it to life in a way that exceeded every expectation. The arrangements were breathtaking—elegant, lush, colorful, and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. Our bouquets and centerpieces all tied together perfectly, creating such a fun atmosphere for our wedding day. The florists of chapman were amazing they had done our wedding at the hammond castle, and she was so well prepared and just made everything look stunning. All of out guests couldn't stop talking of how great the pieces were. Thank you again Chapmans.

Chapman’s does incredible arrangements. A true gem on the North Shore. The shop always has great gift items and the greenhouse always has amazing plants and flowers. The staff is friendly, helpful and oh so talented. The corsage for the prom looks like something from a magazine. Simply stunning. You won’t be disappointed with their work. A+ all the way

Chapman’s did the flowers for my wedding and they were beyond beautiful. I didn’t have a very specific vision of what I wanted, just a few general likes and dislikes and Colleen took it from there - I couldn’t have been happier with the end result. She was just wonderful and the most easygoing vendor we worked with. I would highly recommend them!
