What to consider before reaching out
A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.
For a venue partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

I am the owner and operator of Hager Photography and I had the immense pleasure of photographing a wedding at Caswell Farm this fall. I loved everything about the property and how they run it. The staff was TOP NOTCH and the vibe all around was chill, rustic, and friendly. I loved seeing the catering staff going out to the garden to get fresh ingredients as they prepared dinner. The event coordinator I worked with was named Nicole and she may have been the best venue coordinator I worked with all season. She made sure everything ran smoothly and that everyone was taken care of. If you want a low-stress New England wedding that has a good balance of rustic, cozy, and modern, then DO NOT HES...

We held our wedding at Caswell Farm in June 2025. Catherine and her team were truly a joy to work with every step of the way. The venue is absolutely beautiful, the food is incredible, and their accommodating approach to working with us made the entire process smooth. We couldn't be happier with our experience and recommend Caswell to anyone looking for a gorgeous Maine wedding venue to get married.

From the moment we stepped onto Caswell Farm, we knew we had found our venue! Admittedly, this was in January and it was under a foot of snow, but we could easily see that it was the best place for us to bring our vision of our day to life! The venue captures both the beauty and history of Maine with the stunning original barn and gorgeous flower garden. Catherine welcomed us with open arms and was always ready with an answer to a question, a solution to an issue, or just a brilliant and interesting conversation. On top of all that is an amazing in-house caterer (Barn and Table) and bar (The Bar Association) team, an adorable farmhouse to stay in and get ready at, plus on-site camping for yo...

My husband and I are both Maine natives, and were looking for a place to get married close to our families that truly captured the beauty of fall in Maine: Caswell Farm did that and more. From the moment we first toured Caswell, we knew that it would be the perfect place for our wedding, and every step of the way working with Catherine and Nicole proved that we made the right decision. We still cannot believe how beautiful our wedding was, and cannot thank everyone at Caswell enough for helping to make our day so special.

HUGE thanks to the team at Caswell Farm for everything! We are so incredibly grateful to be able to celebrate at this beautiful place with our dear family and friends in October 2024. Catherine and her team of amazing vendors are some of the most kind, communicative, inspiring, dedicated, and wonderful people we have worked with, and we are immensely appreciative of everything they did to have our dream wedding weekend come to life. From the gorgeous farm venue, the farmhouse, gardens, Catalpa tree that we had our ceremony near, the memorable food from Barn & Table Catering and drinks from The Bar Association, delicious desserts from Tish of Foam Floaterie, special strawflowers from A Little...
