Planning perspective
What to consider before reaching out
A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.
For a hotel rooms partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

The only thing better than the accommodations was the warmth and kindness of the owners Diane and Linda. They were terrific!! I came up with a group of 14 and they took such great care of us. The beds were comfy. We will definitely stay at CasaBlanca on our next trip up to Vermont!! ✌️

Highly recommend the Casablanca Motel. We stayed for 3 nights, Linda & Diane are such a pleasure, always available if you need anything from extra coffee, extra towels, to a restaurant recommendation or just a friendly conversation. We stayed for a music festival at the nearby park, they even put reflective markers through the trail so you can easily find your way home (bring a flashlight). Thanks for that Linda!!! The cabins have everything you need for a somewhat “camping” experience. Ha. Both of our neighbors were repeat customers, which i think says a lot! You will not be disappointed in your stay here.

We have to stay for a night, due to the snow storm. We loved everything in this place. Very nice and kind hostess, with two lovely dogs. In the evening and at night a beautiful view from the window, quiet neighbors, the house as a whole is cozy.

This motel is such a cute little spot. The owner is so delightful and thoughtful. The most important feature for me has been the location and the friendliness to dogs, and I can vouch for both! The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well furnished, and you can park right next to your cabin. I've been there a couple of times already, with a couple more visits in the books already.
