Planning perspective

What to consider before reaching out

A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.

For a photo & video partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

We had such an incredible experience working with Carol Jayne Photography! She has a true gift for capturing genuine, heartfelt moments that perfectly reflect our family’s love and personality. From start to finish, the session felt relaxed and fun, even with little ones in the mix. Carol was so patient and engaging with our children, which made all the difference. She knew exactly how to make them laugh and feel comfortable, and it shows in every photo; natural smiles along with all the sweet in-between moments we’ll treasure forever. I had tears of joy when I saw all the finalized photos. Work with Carol Jayne Photography for any life moment or milestone you want perfectly captured!

We hired Carol for our wedding photos after our brother/sister in law recommended her. She was timely, communicated well, and took great photos. She also just seems like a very nice person. I wouldn’t know what to say if I had to come up with a complaint. I would highly recommend her for your photography needs!

Carol was absolutely wonderful to work with! My brother and I surprised our parents with a mini beach photoshoot. Carol was patient with our 1 year old nephew, getting him to look, smile and made sure she captured him at his best moments. I highly recommend her! I am big on vibes and her aura and energy was truly a bright light ✨️

Carolyn is an incredible person and photographer. She has been our go-to for capturing both life’s big milestones and our “just because” moments since 2020. She works with us on location preference, whether they’re close to home or a bit of a drive, and always makes the experience stress free and fun. My son has profound autism, and Carolyn is wonderfully patient, understanding, and accommodating, which means the world to us. Her easygoing personality and flexibility make every session a joy, and the photos are always beautiful. I cannot recommend her enough!!
