Planning perspective

What to consider before reaching out

A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.

For a hotel rooms partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

VERY CLEAN but very old building and no elevator. However, Raj asked if we had a problem with that, and we didn't. $50/nt cleaning fee is a bit excessive for not washing dishes supplied by motel. Location was wonderful-especially for Hy-Line Ferry! Rooms could definitely use some updating (although bathroom windows have been). Beds were comfortable and toilet paper was very soft and appreciated by all.

I had a surprisingly pleasant stay at this Motel 6! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. It's a great value for the price, especially if you're just looking for a cozy place to rest after exploring the area.

Great location! We could walk to the harbor, restaurants, train and downtown. Our room was immaculate, and the bed very comfortable. Typically unheard if in a hotel, there was amazing water pressure in the shower and plenty of hot water!! Raj, the propietor could not have been kinder. He was gracious from our first conversation on the phone offering us clear guidance on what to expect upon our arrival. Once we arrived he gave us recommendations on where we could eat and directions to points if interest. We had a lovely stay and would book this hotel again!

Great location and a nice little hotel. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Large living space with a king size bed and a kitchenette. Raj and his wife are extremely friendly, hospitable and gracious. They make you feel at home and offer great service and advice on places to see, things to do and restaurants to enjoy. Definitely stay there again should we return to Hyannis.

If we could give 10 stars we would! Convenient parking outside your door with nice view of harbor and walking distance to almost anything. We walked into room to see no stinky old carpets, just beautiful immaculate hardwood floors. Our room included a very comfortable king size bed, folded up futon, chair with ottoman, table with chairs, large dresser, kitchen complete with mini frig, microwave, coffee, sink, dishes, glasses and utensils. Bathroom shower had great water pressure, large dispensers of body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Was spotless and sanitized. The owner Raj and his wife Nina went far and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had all we needed. One of the best ...
