Planning perspective
What to consider before reaching out
A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.
For a catering partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

We used Cape Cod Chef on Call for my daughter’s 25th birthday celebration. From menu planning to the day of our event, it was a pleasure to work with the team. Chefs Lori and Kevin were great and created a delicious and beautiful meal. Both chefs were professional, friendly, and made sure our day was a wonderful one. Georgie and Gina, the prep chefs were also so helpful, kind, and added to the day. Betsy who planned our menu and booked our event was helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend Cape Cod Chefs on Call for any event - they handle all details for the menu, prep, cooking and clean up and you can relax with your guests. July 2026 - we used Cape Cod Chefs again this year for a...

This was not my first time with Cape Cod Chef On Call….and it won’t be my last. Everything about Saturday night was perfect from the weather… to the guests… to the musician and especially to the caterers . All three of them (Tim, Alex and Maura) were wonderful to work with, and I told them so. My kitchen was left cleaner than they found it. Betsie is responsive and accommodating and assisted in all of the planning before the event. I look forward to using you again for my next event !

CHEF LORI IS THE 🐐 (Greatest of all time) I’ve enjoyed Cape Cod Chef on Call for years! Each and every experience with them has been nothing short of incredible! The team’s food and service are consistently outstanding. You can truly taste the passion and care in every single dish. The quality is always top-notch, and I recommend them to everyone I know! Something I really like is the presentation and I feel good eating food knowing that the people preparing it are attentive, kind, and just ask around good people. They know what they're doing over here 10/10

Planning an event from out of state isn't for the faint of heart. Our group of life-long friends, including spouses, gathered together to celebrate the year of 50th birthdays. From Florida, I researched and got quotes from 5 different, highly-rated caterers in the Cape Cod area, and couldn't be happier with choosing CCCoC. Betsy made the planning process easy, even though I felt like I wasn't particularly easy (creating our own menu with dietary restrictions and a few changes and tweaks along the way). Day of the event, Laurie, Chef Tim, and Annie were simply AMAZING. They came right into our rental property like they've been there before (which they hadn't) and made magic. Peeking in or wa...

We had so many selections to choose for an 85th birthday celebration for my husband. The salmon, steak tips and side dishes were superior. The orange crème brûlée dessert caused grandkids to sneak extras. Tim and Tammy ( TNT) came in as if they had been in the kitchens before and left the kitchen and grill cleaner than when they arrived. Restaurant quality food with the convenience of our home.
