Planning perspective

What to consider before reaching out

A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.

For a catering partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

Why this business stood out

I’ve been driving by this place for years and finally stopped and uploaded the menu from the handy QR code on the sandwich board in front!! So happy I did! The menu is beautiful and so is the food!! I ordered and it was ready in exactly the time it said. The Sichuan noodles were so delicious! The spice was perfectly medium like I ordered! We had the beef and the pork dumplings and they were both delicious. My hubby had the pork rib let box and my son had the chicken. Both were very tasty but the pork was exceptional! I would unequivocally recommend Dim Sum to everyone who loves fresh, delicious food!

It really is an unbelievable experience. Even going into their place and waiting is enjoyable with all the different art exhibits they have set up there. And you can peek around the corner and see a little of the action first hand in their kitchen that looks like they cook in every day for family just as we would at home.

The food here is delicious, authentic Sichuan cuisine, made with high quality ingredients. We've eaten here several times. Tonight we got beef dumplings, pork dumplings, and Sichuan noodles, all of which were top notch. I also picked up a jar of dan dan chili, which goes great with rice and an egg for lazy morning breakfasts. Their online ordering system is solid, but tonight there was a hiccup and I didn't receive a notification when my food was done. I called after waiting a while and we discovered the glitch. Cai brought my food out and apologized, and all is right in the world. I'd never fault a local spot for a technology misfire, and the good was very worth the wait. I do suggest thou...

Delicious! We had a wonderful experience dining here. Loved that so much could be made gluten free and dairy free. The scallion pancakes were our favorite. It was super cool being able to eat in an art gallery too!

The food tasted good but the portions were disappointing for the price. Love the vibe of the place and the art gallery, but don't know if I'll come back for the food, unfortunately. If you really looking for dim sum, I'd recommend this place as an occasional stop, but too expensive and the portions are too small for a regular spot, IMO
