Planning perspective
What to consider before reaching out
A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.
For a photo & video partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

My family and I have been working with Chris for over two decades to capture special family moments. This past weekend, Chris captured my engagement in such a beautiful and authentic way. He worked with my mom and fiance to seamlessly pull off a surprise engagement in under 24 hours. He's always professional, kind, and has the ability to capture the emotion of the moment. We're forever grateful for this memories and photos. Thank you, Chris!!

Chris and Sara did such a wonderful job capturing our engagement photos and our wedding day! We initially picked them as they told us when we first met with them that they aren't in your face with cameras on the wedding day, they prefer to be in the background and capture the pictures you want but also lots of candid shots. They delivered on this promise and then some. We have re-looked at our wedding pictures again and again and even gave framed pictures to friends and family as Christmas presents - the pictures are just that good. The quality of the photos is amazing, Chris and Sara couldn't be nicer to work with and we are so lucky to have found them! We couldn't recommend them enough!
