Planning perspective
What to consider before reaching out
A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.
For a catering partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

Brickoven Catering was amazing for our September 2025 wedding!! We decided to go lowkey and couldn’t have been happier with the choice. The appetizers were awesome, special shoutout to those pulled pork sliders, and all the pizzas were amazing (even the leftovers the next day which were lovingly packed up for us at the end of the night!!). Also important to note, Jen made sure that all our allergy guests had plenty of options and truly took their needs seriously. Can’t recommend them enough!!

My son got married on August 2 this past summer at Mountain View Stables in Louden, NH. As parents of the groom, we were planning the rehearsal dinner on Friday, August 1 and since we were there at the venue all day planning and decorating for the next day’s wedding, we thought a food truck would be a fun way to just sit back and enjoy the beautiful setting. We decided on pizza and I contacted Jenn of Brickoven Catering. From the moment we connected, I felt as if I was working with someone close to our family instead of someone I had just met. She listened to our expectations and needs and was quick to meet both. Jenn’s menu, from appetizers to dessert, sounded delicious and so it wasn’t har...

Jenn and her team were the highlight of our wedding!! They did an amazing job planning with us before hand and answering any questions we may have. They seamlessly accommodate for people with food allergies. Their flavors of pizza were delicious and they even let us build our own “speciality” pizza! My husband and I are pizza people and brick oven catering went above and beyond to make our vision come to life for such a special day. I could not recommend them more and look forward to following them to different events they are doing to get our hands on more of their pizza!

Jenn is a wonderful person. Her pizza is amazing and delicious and my newfound comfort food. I have a sensitivity to gluten, and Brickoven has many options for people with dietary restrictions such as me. Thank you Jenn!

We booked Brickoven Catering for our wedding recently and it was one of the best choices we made! The appetizers were beautifully plated and delicious and our guests could not stop raving about how good the pizza was. Jenn and her staff perfectly timed dinner and even packed up extra pizzas in to-go boxes for guests to take home at the end of the night. If you have an upcoming wedding or event, I highly suggest booking a Brickoven Catering!!
