What to consider before reaching out
A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.
For a venue partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

Staff provided outstanding customer service; friendly, professional, caring, and accommodating. Very clean rooms with extremely comfortable beds. From the moment you enter the front door of the Inn, you see its charm and feel its warmth and welcome. From the spa, to the outdoor pool, to the 5 star restaurant and the delicious continental breakfast in the morning, it is truly a gem that we visited for the first time, but it won’t be the last. We are already considering our next visit, possibly in the fall when we can benefit from the cozy fireplace in the room, or relax and sit around the outdoor fire pit. You can sit on a swing on the porch while admiring the impeccably manicured grounds, or pl...

Every staff I interacted with were genuinely caring and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and memorable. When I arrived early they made a great suggestion for lunch and when I wanted to watch the best place to watch a sunset, they suggested Plum Island and it was spectacular! I loved that you had a tea kettle and excellent teas! This is a home-like environment with lovely amenities. I was very tired upon arriving and rested by the pool. The next day after a restful sleep and a relaxing tub soak, I was refreshed for the last leg of my journey home. This was my second stay and I give you 5 stars this time. Can't wait to try you again in the Fall!

We stayed at Briar Barn last night and were absolutely blown away by the level of service! We had a very long travel day flying across the country and when we finally arrived Paula gave us the warmest, kindest, most gracious (and helpful!) welcome. We stayed in the Deluxe King Suite with our baby and found the room to be not only beautifully decorated but also spotlessly clean. Oh, and did I mention the comfortable bed and plentiful hot water? The continental breakfast was also a very nice touch. Honestly this place is a hidden gem and I cannot recommend it highly enough!

Immaculate all around. The lady working the front desk was absolutely wonderful. The entire inn smelled delightful as soon as you walked in. You can tell someone spent a lot of time thoughtfully decorating and curating everything in lobbies and hallways. Our room was by far the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in - Not a speck of dirt anywhere. I mean it! Decorating was done beautifully and so so unique. I loved the vintage style furniture. The tub in the bathroom was an awesome amenity and we loved the hidden tv and fridge. Added toiletries were great quality and smelled so good. Bed and pillows were so comfortable. I seriously cannot say enough good things about our stay here! Would absolutely co...

My wife and I got married at Grove on March 14th, 2026, and we cannot emphasize any more how perfect the evening was. We sat down for a long time trying to envision our perfect wedding, and became selective when it came to venues. When we came across Grove, it checked all of the boxes prior to the wedding, and still managed to exceed our expectations. This venue is perfect for any intimate vibe. We wanted to have it be a romantic setting with lots of candles, and the glow of the room was immaculate. It was awesome overhearing guests reflect the same awe of the space, and many directly came up to us and said how amazing this space looked. My wife and I spent a lot of time making the decorati...
