Planning perspective

What to consider before reaching out

A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.

For a florals partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

Why this business stood out

The verified notes

  • Sarah incorporates sentimental keepsakes into bouquets on request
  • Long-standing central Vermont shop with repeat local clientele
  • One review flags a quality concern on a large rose order, worth checking rose sourcing for big asks

The best classic flower arrangements and bouquets around. Always very fresh and well designed by Sarah. I get flowers here 3-4 times a year and have not been disappointed once.

I worked with Botanica Florals for my wedding on 5/20/17 at the Capitol Plaza. Sarah was so excited to help me design my centerpieces and my bouquet. I only had to show her a couple of photos, and she immediately had a vision. She stayed right within my budget, too! A couple of days before my wedding, I brought her a charm and a pendant to put in my bouquet in honor of my father who passed away. She included these pieces into my bouquet in the most creative fashion. I was more than thrilled at the way the bouquet and the centerpieces came out!

My order was a scam I paid well over $$250 for 24 red roses for my wedding anniversary, that barely looked like 12 and on top of that they where short which made appear even worse and I think that like three of them were already droopy, and with black spots . I would think that I would get the best quality for the amount I paid

Called midday on valentines and she was super polite, very helpful, and super accommodating. Flowers were delivered to my sweetness that day and it was effortless! Flowers were a gorgeous selection. Because I was away, she selected the flowers for me and did a marvelous job of combining flowers just as I had hoped. The flowers arrived in good time, excellent condition (considering it’s literally freezing out), and my sweetness is happy which is all I wanted. Thank you for literally going that extra mile for us.
