Planning perspective

What to consider before reaching out

A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.

For a photo booth partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

My niece rented a photo booth from Boston Photo Booth for a 90th birthday party and it was a great experience from start to finish. The booth was delivered and picked up right on time, and it was very easy for guests to use and so much fun The picture quality was excellent, and everyone loved having the option to choose between photos, GIFs, or boomerangs. Pictures could easily be texted to your cell phone. One of the best features was receiving a link after the event with access to all of the photos, making it easy to relive the fun and share the memories. I would definitely recommend Boston Photo Booth for any event!

Very seamless experience! We did the digital only option and set up was quick and Bill showed us everything we needed to know. Communication during the process was excellent. Pick up was right on time and we got the photos in a timely manner (and it was SO fun to have both animated and the single photos). We will definitely be booking again.

We had a lot of fun at my 50th birthday with the photo booth from Boston Photo Booth Services . Bill was super kind and easy to work with. The whole process from the booking to the install was great, and the printout of the pictures was fast and the quality great! Bill brought many props which made the whole experience fun. Thank you Bill!

We absolutely loved Boston Photo Booth Services, which we used for our son’s bar mitzvah! They were wonderful and easy to work with, extremely professional at the actual event and our guests had a blast creating photobooth memories! I especially appreciated that we were able to receive all of the images from the night. Thanks, Bill, for adding so much fun to our event and I highly recommend the service to those looking for a photobooth!

We used Boston Photo Booth Services for my company’s Lunar New Year celebration and it was a huge hit! Bill was very responsive and quick to find his way to my office and setup. He provided a ton of options for back drops, props, and templates before the event. He also came prepared with all his equipment before the event started so it was ready before guests arrived. I highly recommend this Photo Booth service and I was definitely use it again for another event!
