Planning perspective

What to consider before reaching out

A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.

For a hotel rooms partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My husband and I took our 1 yr old and 2 dogs on our first family vacation. The cabin we stayed in had everything we needed, was very clean, and comfortable. Our view from our cabin porch was spectacular! It was a treat to wake up to the view of Frenchmans Bay and watch the sunset from. The Main Inn was the icing on the cake. The view from the bottom and upper decks were breathtaking. We also enjoyed the continental breakfast to start our day. We utilized the Lobster Trap trail more than we thought we would! It's a short easy trail leading to beautiful coastal views where we were able to take our dogs for a private hike. There were a few amenitie...

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was one of the most disappointing stays I’ve ever had. The only positive thing I can say is that the view from the back of the room was beautiful. Unfortunately, everything else was terrible. First, this is not a cabin it’s simply a motel-style room. That only looks like a cabin from the outside there is no TV And. We had no hot water for an entire day, which is completely unacceptable. The mattress was so lumpy and uncomfortable that I barely slept the entire stay. I honestly wish I could get my money back because that’s how bad the experience was. The room was also poorly maintained. The bathroom sink clogged almost immediately every time the wat...

We had such a lovely stay at this inn. The property itself was absolutely gorgeous, with incredible views that made it hard to leave. Our cabin was cozy, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax after exploring the area. The complimentary breakfast had so many nice options each morning, which was such a thoughtful touch. What really made the stay special, though, was the staff — everyone was so sweet, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. One of our favorite parts was the private beach access. Being able to walk down to the beach with our dog was so peaceful and made the trip even more memorable. We would absolutely stay here again.

There are not enough stars to show how elated we were with our stay. The location surpassed all expectations and it was so relaxing to end our day on the deck with such idealic views. We will be back and we give the inn our very highest recommendation. Thank you Christina. It was a joy visiting with you. You do an amazing job as host

You can't beat the view! (When it's not foggy). We stayed here in March so there was no front desk but it was easy to check in. The common area is lovely--very roomy with tables to play games or eat at as well as comfortable seating areas to enjoy that view. There is a shared small fridge to put foods in and a microwave, toaster and Keurig coffee machine (directions on how to use the Keurig would be helpful) in the common area. Someone cleans that area daily. The rooms were basically furnished and the bath was small but everything was clean. I found the mattress in our room to be too firm but that's a matter of preference. The Wifi was not working one day and the managers were instructin...

Pick the city you and most of your guests will be driving from and we will estimate the trip.

An estimate for planning, not live traffic. Leafy weekends in October always take longer.
