Planning perspective
What to consider before reaching out
A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.
For a catering partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

We couldn't have asked for a better catering partner! BG Catering Concepts was professional, responsive, and helpful throughout our time together. And affordable! Tim provided suggestions that helped elevate our food and beverage offerings and helped with event layout and format to support attendee flow. The team on-site felt like old friends, they were so friendly and engaged! It truly felt like a partnership and the night went off without a hitch. We cannot wait to work with BGCC again. Thanks, Tim and team!

We recently hired BG Catering Concepts for an executive dinner, and we are so happy with our choice! Mai was an absolute pleasure to work with the entire time leading up to our event, and her team day-of at the venue were equally as fantastic. Mai's responses during planning were timely, informative and I could tell she truly cared about making our event a great success. Highly recommend if you are looking for a cater in the Boston area!

I cannot say enough about how much we loved working with BG Catering for our wedding. The team (especially Mai and Glen) made the process seamless and so enjoyable. The venue we chose was a completely blank space so the team managed catering and all of the rentals (tables, pipe-and-drape, chairs, etc.) which was extremely helpful. We also worked with the team to create a menu that fit our style and they more than delivered with both amazing food and an incredible presentation of it. We loved working with BG Catering and can't wait to work with them in the future!

I had a fantastic experience working with BG right from the beginning. What I love about them is that they offer a number of big services like catering, design and florals, making it easy for you to plan your wedding. Denise was amazing and is so easy to work with. Everything from the planning stages to day-of was very clear and our wedding was an absolute dream. We had compliments from all of our guests about the food, decor and florals! Everything was truly spectacular. The team at BG is phenomenal at what they do and I would recommend them to anyone who's about to get married in the Boston area.

I recently went to a wedding that was catered by BG Catering Concepts. The food was excellent! They had all sorts of different types of food ranging from mouth watering seafood to a delicious pig roast! The decor is absolutely gorgeous and it always matches the theme. I would highly recommend BG Catering Concepts to any newly weds or people who want to have a very special one of a kind experience!
