Planning perspective

What to consider before reaching out

A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.

For a catering partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

I can’t recommend Bevo highly enough! They recently catered our daughter’s graduation party, and everything was exceptional. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about it. From the planning process to the setup on the day of the event, every detail was handled with professionalism and care. It was clear how much pride they take in their work, and they made hosting so much easier for us. If you’re looking for someone to cater a special event, I would wholeheartedly recommend Bevo! Thank you for helping make such an important day so memorable!

I have only wonderful things to say about BEVO. They were the first and last caterer we met with for our wedding because they hooked us from the beginning. Not only was the menu super flexible, but Kathleen is very aware of budget and can cater to your needs. I was also very impressed with how food allergies were handled. We had a guest with a severe tree nut allergy and successfully had no reactions. Our guest with Celiac was also delighted to find there was a gluten free alternative for nearly everything on the menu (and she said she never has felt this included!) The entire crew on the day of my wedding was kind and attentive. Kathleen even helped arrange my table settings on the morning ...

I cannot say enough good things about Bevo. I never once had to worry about a thing. Kathleen and her staff thought of everything. From our first meeting, we knew we were in good hands. Kathleen was so helpful and knowledgeable about the whole process and offered tons of ideas for things we hadn't even thought of. We were able to create our own menu (build your own tacos as well as a mac and cheese bar) and Kathleen offered excellent suggestions of things to go with it. You name it, and Bevo can do it. Leading up the the wedding, Kathleen was great about checking in and seeing if we needed help with anything. The day of the wedding was wonderful. The entire Bevo staff was kind, attentive and...
