Planning perspective
What to consider before reaching out
A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.
For a hotel rooms partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

Upon arrival at the hotel the staff was friendly and welcoming. They provided info about the amenities. The room was quiet, sunny, and clean. There was plenty of closet space, the room and bathroom were clean. The location of the hotel was near the highway and only 5 miles away from the Hamptons beach strip. The breakfast was delicious and they had a wide variety of foods. They had real breakfast not just cereal. The staff/chef member Junior C. was an absolute delight. He was very helpful, kind, and very polite. He is a hard worker who was open to assisting however possible. Best of all.it is walking distance to a plaza with lots of stores. 25 minutes drive to the outlets in Maine. The gym...

Everything about this hotel made our stay so relaxing, fun & memorable. The pool was so warm. The breakfast was perfect & included. Easy access/ very secure. But the best part of this hotel is the staff!!!! So joyful & easy to talk too. A special shout out to Morgan who came to our room to figure out our tv. Give them all a raise.

If I could give these guys 10 Stars I absolutely would! 1500 mi from home and I lost the transmission in my truck. I was at the Best Western 5 days and these guys were absolutely fabulous and helpful and sweet and caring the entire time. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is good I'd recommend this hotel to anybody!

We had a quick overnight stay while at the seacoast for a concert and I have no complaints whatsoever. Our room was clean, spacious, and updated. I would stay here again for sure if back in the area.
