Planning perspective

What to consider before reaching out

A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.

For a florals partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

I was blown away by the floral arrangements Katie did for our wedding. The flowers were so so gorgeous. My bouquet was stunning. Our chuppah ethereal, magical, truly better than I could have ever imagined. I loved the bud vases with the mix of fruit and tomato on all the tables. It was all so perfect!!! I highly recommend working with Berry Branch. Thank you Katie!!!

Katie did a great job with flowers for our wedding. If you want a romantic style with some character, you can't ask for someone better than Katie. You can tell she is a real artist and understood how pieces would work together. She helped visualize our chuppah better than we even imagined!

Can't recommend Berry Branch highly enough. Katie took my loose vision and created a beautiful backdrop for our day. The bouquets were gorgeous, our chuppah was stunning, and she worked with me on creating more budget friendly bud vase centerpieces for some of our tables. Katie was super responsive and friendly, and I would work with her again in a heartbeat!

Katie did a magnificent job with our wedding florals! She listened to everything we were hoping for and nailed it! From the minute we spoke with her, I knew she would be the right fit. She drafted the vision/mood board and she incorporated all of the different flowers I was thinking of having. I trusted her to bring the vision to life and didn’t feel like I had to schedule an extra meeting to see a sample. When I saw the flowers during our wedding day, I was blown away. Thank you Katie for your dedication and talent!!

When we were wedding planning, we told everyone who asked about the planning process that finding a florist was one of the hardest parts of the vendor hiring process. Hopefully this review convinces you that you can stop your search now and hire Katie. First and foremost, Katie knows what she is talking about which makes the entire process so much easier. When we first talked to Katie, we shared our vision and once it was confirmed that our vision was aligned with her style, we trusted her to run with it. She was amazing and walked us through the ways to maximize our budget without sacrificing on the quality of the finished product (and we got the sense that Katie would never pull something ...
