Incredibly disappointing, I left 2 days in. The rooms do not give a "clean" vibe at all. I opened the door to go on the patio, there was no patio. If you want the bedroom cool, you must raise the air conditioner in the "living room," one person freezes while the other is comfortable. This is not a modern hotel at all. If you do come here bring everything you possibly need to charge your devices. We were so excited for today yoga but we're turned away for not having our own mats. Who carries yoga mats with them on vacation for their entire family? The pool is indoors. It's extremely humid. Not comfortable to sit near. It's not very clean either. BML has two outstanding features: an ideal location and a helpful, friendly staff. The pool, recreation room, and lobby are also a plus, though could benefit from refurbishment. EV chargers are a significant convenience. However, while the apartment style rooms are comfortable, they badly need renovation, and the plumbing is noisy. Overall, a good choice but in need of attention.

A great, comfortable stay with a really nice balance of quality and price. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the small kitchen is a big plus. The staff was warm and professional. The location is perfect, close to Lenox, Stockbridge, and everything around. There’s a gym, indoor pool (a little cold, but open long hours), and an outdoor hot tub. Even on a crowded weekend, it felt quiet and relaxing. Would definitely stay again.

Not our first time at the Berkshire Mountain Lodge. The location is wonderful. The rooms (more like a one bedroom apartments) have great potential but are showing their age and need a little update. Very clean and comfortable! The reception person when we checked in didn't seem fully excited to serve us. For example, we didn't discover until we checked out that with the room key in the envelope there was a password for the Wi-Fi. Most places will mention it when they hand you the key.

Staying here felt like having my own private mountain retreat because the rooms are actually full suites with their own kitchens and living areas. It was so nice to be able to make a quick breakfast and relax on the couch before heading out to explore the surrounding hills. The lodge is tucked away in a very quiet, wooded area, so it was incredibly peaceful at night with zero city noise. I really enjoyed the indoor pool and the game room, which are great options if the weather gets a bit rainy. The staff was super friendly and gave me some excellent recommendations for local hiking trails and nearby spots to see the fall colors.
