Planning perspective
What to consider before reaching out
A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.
For a venue partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

A+++ I fell in love with Bellevue Barn from the moment I saw it. The barn is tucked away in an incredible location – surrounded by mountains and trees boasting a beautiful outdoor ceremony location, huge field & outdoor patio for cocktail hour, a stunning two-story barn for the reception and the Carlisle Place Salon for the bridal suite (plus the super cute "groom's tack room"). Oh, and the gardens! The flowers and landscape are absolutely striking. Having all of this on-site was so convenient - from the rehearsal dinner on the outdoor covered patio (with a built-in outdoor bar!), to the bridal suite for the day of – we were able to keep our guests all in one place. Our wedding coordinator,...

We had our rehearsal dinner/welcome party in The Chapel and it was perfect! I also lovedddd that the barn had 2 floors and the outdoor patio on wedding day - it gave everyone something to do (watch from upstairs, go outside by the fire pit to smoke a cigar) even if they didn't want to dance. The outdoor patio and bar wer...

How far is this from home?
Pick the city you and most of your guests will be driving from and we will estimate the trip.
An estimate for planning, not live traffic. Leafy weekends in October always take longer.
