Planning perspective
What to consider before reaching out
A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.
For a venue partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

Beech Ridge Barn was the first venue that we toured and it immediately became our top choice. The venue is absolutely stunning and Bridget was super fun and easy to work with. There are multiple locations for your ceremony and the entire property can be used in many different ways. The barn is spectacular and the outdoor space compliments it so well. Not to mention, you have the option to rent the two guest houses on site. Both have been renovated to give you that farmhouse feel with a spectacular bridal suite for day of getting ready. Bridget is extremely easy to work with and she has great contacts and resources. She is very responsive and helpful throughout the planning process. The loca...

Beech Ridge was everything we could have dreamed of and more. IT IS THE BEST PLACE TO GET MARRIED. From the moment we saw it, we knew it was our place. The property is absolutely stunning, but what truly makes it special is the care, warmth, and hospitality that Bridget brings to every moment. Bridget made the entire experience feel easy and joyful from start to finish. She was so gracious with the space and the homes, and we felt completely taken care of the entire weekend. Every detail was seamless, and we were able to fully relax and enjoy every minute surrounded by the people we love most. Beyond the beauty of the venue itself, Bridget’s vendor recommendations were incredible. Nearly a...

Beech Ridge barn was the wedding venue of our dreams! Bridget and her planning partner Meghan made sure our day went flawlessly. The ceremony space is beautiful and the barn reception was so perfect. The guest houses on the property are also an added bonus! We got many compliments from family and friends on how great the day was!

We had our wedding at Beech Ridge in October of 2022. The venue is beautiful and the farmhouses that you can rent with the venue are cozy and cute ….with great decor!! The only bad things I can say is there were multiple “rules” that came up very close to the wedding (the day before). We rented a sail cloth tent on the far side of the patio and when our rental company came to put it up, Bridget and her husband said it could not go there due to irrigation. Yet, my planner had conversations about this with her for months… this was a waste of our money and we have to quickly pivot our whole design within 24 hours. Also, the day before our wedding my planner alerted me that at 10pm the music ne...

We photographed a wedding at Beech Ridge Barn on one of the rainiest days of the whole year. It rained all day long from when we arrived to after we left. I mention this because I was so impressed with the attitude and the enthusiasm of the staff and vendors on-site that day. While things were a little more challenging than on a fair weather day, the wedding was fantastic and we were able to photograph lots and lots of smiles.
