Planning perspective

What to consider before reaching out

A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.

For a venue partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

I cannot begin to express how grateful I am to Priscilla and Jay for opening their gorgeous property and stunning home to us for our wedding day. There is something completely magical about starting your family in the place where the Kelley's raised their own, and the love and care they put into their property is so noticeable in every detail. We knew Beech Hill Barn was our venue upon our first walk through on the property a year and a half before our wedding, and now i cannot image how people can book a venue for only the day of the wedding! Priscilla was insanely responsive to all my questions and really helpful in suggesting excellent vendors! We loved that we were able to have our famil...

Had my daughters wedding here today. Wonderful venue for both the ceremony and reception. They have a small are set off to the side for the ceremony. A beautiful view the whole time. The barn was spacious for about 100 people with a dance floor. Without a doubt, one of the best wedding I've been to.

Beech Hill Barn was an amazing experience for our daughter's wedding from start to finish! Priscilla was incredibly helpful through two postponements due to COVID-19 and help reduce the stress for all of us. When the day finally came it was a joyful celebration in the most beautiful setting!! From the gorgeous wedding site overlooking the Camden Hills and the walkway down to the site to multiple places on site for photos to the pristine barns for the dinner and dancing it was - perfect! The communication was great and the venue is stunningly clean and kept. I can't recommend it enough! Thank you Beech Hill Barn for making Jake and Danielle's wedding worth waiting for!! There are not enough words to describe this beautiful, stunning perfect place. The house is immaculate and perfect in every way. It is designed to see the sunrise over the mountains in the distance-with state of the art appliances, cozy atmosphere, fire pit, pool and hot tub, it is the perfect setting! The barn is the most elegant post and beam barn! Immaculate, stunning-the owners, Priscilla & Jay, left no stone unturned when building this barn. The views are also stunning from the barn! Thank you for a wonderful experience Beech Hill Barn!

I recently photographed a wedding at Beech Hill Barn, and wow—this venue is truly amazing. Not only is it absolutely stunning, but having the entire property to yourselves makes it perfect for creating a full wedding weekend experience. From a photographer’s perspective, it is beautiful at every turn and incredibly easy to photograph. On top of that, every vendor I worked alongside was fantastic. I can’t recommend Beech Hill Barn enough for couples looking for a scenic, relaxed, and memorable wedding venue.
