Planning perspective
What to consider before reaching out
A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.
For a hotel rooms partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

This beautiful hotel has the best location in all of Gloucester. It was a bucket-list item for me to stay at this hotel and I was not disappointed! The rooms are perfectly appointed with special touches such as half-and-half in the fridge to complete the in-room coffee service and very nice robes. Fantastic experience with the staff in all parts of the hotel and restaurant. They drove my sister to the Walgreens for a emergency pharmacy purchase, waited for her and drove her back--your can't get this kind of service very often anymore.

We stayed at the Beauport Hotel for our daughter’s wedding weekend, and from the moment I walked through the doors, I felt like a queen—and not just because she was getting married at Hammond Castle! 👑🏰 Every single person we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely made us feel special. And can we talk about the smell when you walk into this hotel? It smells AMAZING! I seriously wish I could bottle it and take it home. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and had such wonderful little touches. One of my favorites was coming back to my room at night and finding chocolates on my pillows. 🍫 And let me tell you—they were delicious! The Beauport made an already unforgettable weekend...

This review is strictly for the espresso martini. Best I have ever had, hands down, no contest. Worth going well out of the way for. Bartender was great, super friendly, wish I got his name. They were out of martini glasses that day so he used a whiskey snifter. Honestly I might order all of my espresso martinis in a snifter from now on.

This is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Right in town so you can walk everywhere, the staff were very friendly. The hotel is exceptionally clean. We went for a unplanned birthday getaway and when we got to our room there was a little birthday cake and card there, it was a nice touch. We didn't expect much of a view because we just booked it a couple of days before we got there and even though we were at the front of the hotel we had a lovely view of the bay along the seawall. We will definitely be back but for a longer stay next time. We didn't try the restaurant but sat at the bar and the food that came out to other patrons look delicious.

Stayed here for my wedding weekend at their sister venue, The Cruiseport. My wife and I, my family, and our guests all had a 10 out of 10 experience. Received multiple comments on how exceptional the hotel was. How clean it was, the amenities, and how great the staff was their whole stay. For guests coming from out of state, it made their trip completely worthwhile. Can't thank the Beauport team, staff, and hotel crew enough for delivering an amazing experience. An absolute must stay when in Gloucester.
