Planning perspective
What to consider before reaching out
A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.
For a venue partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

This is hands down one of the best hotels in Maine, the best for ocean views. Reasonably priced compared to some around it, you cannot beat their lawn seats overlooking the ocean. EVERY ROOM has ocean views. Rooms are spacious with kitchenettes (although some slightly dated). Easy access to marginal way and so close to town. It is our absolute favorite stay.

Our room had a balcony overlooking the ocean. There's a beautiful grass area with regular chairs and lounge chairs and it's right on the Marginal Way. Had dinner in the restaurant and the food was very good. Will definitely be back!

One the best places I've stayed amongst many travel destinations. The service was great, the Restaurant had great food and the location doesn't get any better. Steps away from the ocean and Marginal way.

Preface note, we did not stay at this hotel. We only dined at this hotel for Mother’s Day. The ambiance and view of this place is amazing but their food was hit or miss. Their lobster bisque tasted great but don’t expect chunks of lobster. The baked Brie was great. The lazy man’s lobster had a terrible consistency and bad flavor. I love lobster and this was hard to finish… Lastly, the red velvet cake they offered for desert was awful. I had one bite and that was more than enough.

I love the Beachmere Inn - the location is so beautiful and easily walkable to town and the Marginal Way. Beautiful rooms, great restaurant. My family and I love to meet there for time together.
