Planning perspective
What to consider before reaching out
A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.
For a catering partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

Love love love! Seriously if you need a caterer for anything we recommend hiring this family/ team! When looking for catering for our Sept. 30th 2024 wedding at the John Hayes estate at the Fells we were given a list of potential caterers and B&W Catering Company was on it and we are so happy that they were! Not only is their food amazing, but from the very first interaction they made us feel like family! So my husband is a 1st responder whose schedule is very hectic and they were so understanding when trying to plan a tasting. They even set up an adorable dinner date tasting at their home just for us! It was so adorable and made us feel so special! The food at the wedding tasted just as ama...

I was lucky enough to come across B&W Catering and they have been one of my top recommendations to my couples for years. Whether you are looking for a buffet, plated, or family style meal - they go above and beyond to offer superior service and expert attention to detail. They have a team who truly cares and shows up ready to work hard and make sure that all of your guests have an incredible experience. They have customized some incredible menus and are just so nice to work with. Brent and Whitney are the best and I will continue to refer them to anyone who asks. I cannot recommend them enough.

B&W Catering not only helped us out on incredibly short notice, but provided an incredible array of food. It's been a couple weeks and people are still talking about it! The communication, the service, and the quality of local ingredients make them top notch. Absolutely delicious, and a pleasure to work with. Could not recommend more highly to this lovely family run business.

We are so happy Brent and Whitney catered our wedding! They are professional, fun to work with, and exceptional at their craft. From start to finish we enjoyed working with them and they created a menu that fulfilled our vision of a local family style feast. On the wedding day itself the food was out of this world, seriously some of the best we’ve ever tasted! Our guests absolutely loved the entire menu and are still talking about how delicious everything was! The staff was also fantastic and succeeded in giving everyone an amazing experience. We highly recommend B&W for any catering event, you will get delicious food and wonderful people to work with!
