Planning perspective
What to consider before reaching out
A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.
For a venue partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

Choosing Autumn Lane Estate was hands down the best decision we made during our wedding planning process! Having the entire weekend to celebrate made everything feel so relaxed and special, and it turned our wedding into a full experience rather than just a single day. Mackenzie, Nicole, and Dan were absolutely incredible from start to finish. Their attention to detail and organization made the planning process seamless. The day-of coordination allowed us to truly enjoy every moment without a single worry. The entire Autumn Lane Estate team was amazing. The venue itself is perfect. Having both the tent and the barn was great. Two separate spaces to eat and dance made transitioning to the d...

I got married at Autumn Lane Estate 8/23/25. It was literally perfect. The entire weekend was perfect. Could not have asked for a better Venue and team. Wonderful people to work with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Wedding planning: I used the team at autumn lane estate- Mackenzie met with me and answered any questions I had. She helped me stay on track and offered great insight. For the weekend Nicole was amazing and helped to make sure everything went perfect (and it did) she was everywhere and I know my day was so smooth because of her. Venue: Autumn Lane Estate and Nest catering- I can’t say enough about everyone who worked there the entire wedding. We booked the food throughout the weekend with ...

Autumn Lane is an absolutely beautiful location with amazing views of Sebago Lake. We especially got lucky with perfect weather and peak fall foliage but regardless it is a gorgeous spot to tie the knot. The housing accommodations were comfortable and had plenty of extra amenities for getting ready for the big day (and the hot tub to relax in after the festivities was a welcomed bonus). The staff were an absolute joy to work with. They made sure everything ran smoothly and were so accommodating, especially when we had some last-minute additions to our rehearsal dinner. The on-site catering The Nest was always delicious and the personalized cocktails they helped us think up were a huge hit. T...

We truly can not say enough things about Autumn Lane Estate, and their staff. After touring the venue and meeting the staff, we knew this was where we wanted to get married. Not only is the property well maintained, beautiful and super though out but it allows your friends and family to stay together all weekend celebrating your marriage. Mackenzie and Dan made the experience seamless from start to finish helping us execute the most perfect 3 day wedding weekend. Our friends and family were blown away by the kindness of the ALE staff at each event and how caring each person they met were. ALE allows you to fully customize your vendor team really allowing each couple to make the venue their o...
