What to consider before reaching out
A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.
For a hotel rooms partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

We were supposed to whale watch to round the sister trip off. So I didn’t even freaking there were so many beachtowns to stay at near Kennebunk, Maine. My sister loves the ocean and the Atlantic oceanfront hotel was on the beach. This beach did have sand but it was not the water you would want to frolic in. The hotel was soo close to the water and I understood why our room was up 1 flight of stairs after watching a storm brew and strengthen the waves. The room was clean, o did a wipe test with a Clorox wipe! We had a double room with an ocean side view.. it was so nice to sit on the balcony before it was too cold and then use the screened door to keep the ocean rhythms on our conversations. ...

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Atlantic Oceanfront Hotel. At check in, we were warmly greeted by the front desk. They explained the parking, hotel grounds and how to get to our room. The hotel is well maintained and our room was super clean. The room had a small fridge with freezer, a microwave and even a Keurig coffee machine. The view from the balcony overlooking the beach was fantastic and a great place to relax in the evening. Thank you, Atlantic Oceanfront, for an unforgettable getaway. We are already planning our return!

My mom and I had a great stay! You cant get a better, more convenient location than this hotel. Stunning view from the room. Room was clean and comfortable. I absolutely loved listening to the ocean waves everyday and night. I cant wait to come back again.

My stay at Atlantic Ocean Suites in Old Orchard Beach was fantastic. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach, worship services, the pier, rides, arcades, restaurants, and all the attractions nearby, while still being peaceful enough to relax at night. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and I especially appreciated the new WiFi and updated TVs. The indoor heated saltwater pool was a huge bonus and made the stay even more enjoyable, especially after a long day at the beach and boardwalk. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay, and the property was very well maintained. Overall, this is a great place for families, couples, or anyone looking for a rel...

This was our third year staying at the Atlantic. It is wonderful to be steps from the beach or sit on the balcony enjoying the sounds of the waves. The accommodations are wonderful and the staff is very responsive and friendly!! The heated pool is a great benefit also along with great restaurants within a short distance!!
